What’s better than a warm, cheesy lasagna on a cold, windy day? Not much. Kittens and peanut butter, that’s about it.
8 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cups Prego fresh mushroom sauce
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup feta
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup milk
salt & pepper, spices of your choice
Spread 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13 by 9 baking dish
Combine chicken, cheese, milk, and spices
Spread 1/2 cup mixture on each noodle, roll up
Arrange noodles in baking dish, seam side down
Top with remaining sauce, cover
Cook at 375 for 30 min, or until hot
I would recommend shredded chicken instead of chunks. They kind of fell out when I tried to cut. You could also add chopped broccoli or any vegetables, or eat them on the side. We were feeling lazy and didn’t make any.. oops!
We each had three noodles I have two left perfect for lunch tomorrow! This was so easy and really simple too. It hit the spot!
