Baked Chicken Casserole

Here’s a quick recipe for you! We made it for dinner tonight and it was yummy!

1 skinless, boneless chicken breast

1 bag frozen veggies (we used broccoli and cauliflower)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 package stove top stuffing

Cut up (uncooked) chicken breast and spread into bottom of round pie plate. Mix the soup, sour cream, and veggies in a bowl. Spread it over the chicken. Mix the stuffing with 1.5 cups of water until moist. Spread on top of soup/veggie mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve!


This was so easy and so good! We both have leftovers perfect for lunch tomorrow 🙂
